Paul and Zohre Grothe have been owner brokers of Marin Land Company since 1988.  Marin Land Company was established in 1945 in the same location.  Paul and Zohre are the third owners of this successful real estate company.  They specialize in listing and selling fine homes and world class properties, including apartment buildings and commercial real estate.  They also specialize in leasing residential and commercial properties.

 

Paul sadly passed away in Septmeber, 2010.  Zohre continues to serve their clients.  She is a professional Realtor, licensed in California, who build trust and lasting friendships with her clients by her patience, cordiality and persistence in meeting the client's objectives. She would appreciate hearing from you concerning any kind of real estate needs. Decades of service has taught her the importance of being a Realtor who is forthcoming and generous in sharing her knowledge and  information, so buyers and sellers are confident and comfortable in making their decisions.
